Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YourFuturePrep ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. For users under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on their behalf.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Parent accounts are required for students under 18. Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the Platform.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Share links or external URLs in forum comments
- Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
- Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of YourFuturePrep or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our express written permission.
Content you submit to the Platform (such as forum posts) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
YourFuturePrep is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourFuturePrep and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or academic opportunities.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
